Real stories, real love
Adopting Charlie was one of the most beautiful experiences our family has ever had. He came to us with a sad past, but thanks to the love and dedication of O Cantinho da Milu, he became a happy, loved and very spoiled dog. Even after 6 years, they are still present and caring, making every adoption a special journey. Charlie cannot live without us, and we cannot live without him. Thank you for everything
In December 2012, we adopted Bambu from O Cantinho da Milu. It was instant, there was an immediate connection. He has been a healthy, cheerful and loyal companion, sharing countless adventures with us over the years. He still wags his tail whenever he sees or hears us. Bambu is part of our family, and we are happier because of him.
Some stories begin with great injustice but end filled with love. My Kyra was abandoned at the gates of O Cantinho da Milu on the very first day of her life, just like so many other animals. It is impossible not to look at her and feel immense gratitude for the wonderful work this association does and for the dedication of the entire team. Adopting Kyra was the best decision of my life, even knowing that raising a puppy requires patience, commitment and hard work. Thank you, O Cantinho da Milu, for taking care of her until she reached my arms. 🐾❤️
O Cantinho da Milu does an unparalleled job. Our Baduh was adopted at the age of nine, full of physical and emotional scars, but also full of the desire to trust again and be happy.
At first, it was not easy. But we knew that, just like with us, trauma can also be healed with love, patience and security. Little by little, we earned her trust, one day at a time.
Today, Baduh is the most balanced, loyal and protective dog we could ever imagine, a true daughter to us.
